Customer Release Form/Disclaimer

We are not responsible for the cleanliness of your vehicle this includes dirt, oil, dog hair, debris, and stickers on your windows inside and out.

Dust is all around us and is next to impossible to keep out of the air. This also makes it impossible to completely keep off the film. However, we take every precaution to do so. We are not responsible for any dust that may show up, and small dust specs are not covered under warranty. We are not detailers, so this will not be a detail of the entire car; this is only for the surfaces that will interfere with the tinting process, e.g. the dash, rear deck, etc.

We are not responsible for glue, sticker, tape adhesives. Premier Window Tinting, is not responsible for the condition of the surface the car is brought to us in. Any existing scratches, cracks or other damages like auto trim or gaskets on the inside or outside of your vehicle, will be visible through the film, and such surface damage or imperfections may damage the film, cause the film to fail prematurely or the window film material may not adhere to the surface at all.

We are not responsible for broken windows, rear defrost lines if there is prior damage to installation or after installation. We are not responsible for damage inside or outside of your vehicle. Window Film Installation will not cause your defrost lines to go bad. No refunds on special order items, no refunds on window tinting or deposits. All sales are final. We clean and prep all windows for install. We are not responsible for the condition of your glass or vehicle prior to the window film being installed or underneath the window gaskets once it has been installed.

Dot Matrix

Dot Matrix is a series of small dots the factory puts around the edge of some windows and along the back glass as a visual cosmetic border. These dots are basically bumps on the glass that may cause the film to stick on the dots instead of the window. This will not cause the film to peel, but will seem silver in appearance. This is normal and will not disappear. Once the film dries, it will usually settle in a uniform position and is sometimes possible to press them down to some degree.

Harmonic Distortion

If you are wearing polarized sunglasses or glasses, you may see anomalies on the glass, (rainbows, lines, or marks are a few examples) which are an inherent result of the glass tempering processes. Premier Window Tinting is not responsible for these anomalies. If you wish to have tint removed there will be an additional fee.

Electrical Issues After Install

Modern cars have more electrical components than ever. Although every precaution is taken to avoid damage, there are inherent risks while tinting as water is sprayed onto the windows, exposing these systems to moister and water runoff. This is especially true for windshield installations as water runoff behind the dash can damage the vehicle ECU. We are not responsible for damages that may occur to these electrical systems.

Please ask before having the installation to understand your risk before work begins.

We are not responsible for personal items left in the vehicle. We will not warranty any film that has been rubbed, scratched, hit, ECT by rings, jewelry, or any hard objects of any kind.
