Customer Release, Waiver & Disclaimer
Please Read Carefully — Transparency Matters
At Premier Window Tinting LLC, we believe the best results come from clear expectations and honest communication.
By scheduling service, leaving a vehicle, or authorizing any work at Premier Window Tinting LLC (“the Company”), the customer (“Client”) acknowledges and agrees to the following terms, conditions, and disclosures.
This information exists to protect you, your vehicle, and the quality of the work — not to surprise you after the fact.
1. Glass Cleaning & Installation Environment Disclosure
Before installation, all glass surfaces are professionally cleaned and prepared using industry-approved tools, solutions, filtration methods, and professional installation techniques designed specifically for automotive window film.
We take every reasonable and professional measure to achieve the best possible cosmetic and functional result.
However, the Client acknowledges and understands the following realities of automotive window tint installation:
- No vehicle interior is a sealed, sterile, or dust-free environment
- Dust, lint, fibers, and microscopic debris exist in all vehicles, including brand-new ones
- Interior components (door panels, trim, seals, headliners, carpets, dashboards, seats, plastics, etc.) naturally shed fine particles
- Normal installation actions (opening doors, lowering windows, panel movement) can release airborne debris
- Static electricity, humidity, temperature, and environmental conditions can affect particulate movement
Because window film is installed on the interior surface of the glass, minor dust particles or micro-contamination may occasionally be visible — especially:
- In direct sunlight
- At certain angles or lighting conditions
- Immediately after installation, before full curing
These conditions:
- Are within accepted industry standards
- Are cosmetic only
- Do not affect performance, durability, heat rejection, UV protection, clarity, or manufacturer warranty
The Client further acknowledges that:
- Minor visual imperfections do not indicate defective installation
- Film appearance may improve as moisture evaporates and the film fully cures
- A “perfect,” “zero-dust,” or “flawless” result is not achievable in automotive interiors
By authorizing service, the Client agrees that minor cosmetic imperfections related to dust or debris are not grounds for reinstallation, refunds, disputes, chargebacks, or warranty claims.
2. Nature of Window Film Installation
Window tinting is a precision interior service performed on the inside surface of automotive glass and requires interaction with:
- Vehicle glass
- Interior trim and seals
- Door panels and window mechanisms
- Factory-installed electronics
While Premier Window Tinting LLC follows professional standards and best practices, we do not control:
- Vehicle age
- Prior repairs or bodywork
- Manufacturer tolerances
- Aftermarket modifications
- Existing mechanical or cosmetic condition
3. Vehicle Condition & Pre-Existing Issues
Premier Window Tinting LLC is not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear, defects, or failures, including but not limited to:
- Scratched, chipped, cracked, stressed, weak, or defective glass
- Failing window motors, regulators, switches, or controls
- Defective defrosters, antennas, sensors, cameras, or electronics
- Brittle, aged, loose, broken, or factory-defective trim, clips, moldings, or seals
Some vehicles — especially those with age, prior repairs, aftermarket accessories, or manufacturing defects — may experience component failure unrelated to the tint installation process.
The Client accepts full responsibility for these conditions.
4. Vehicle Cleanliness & Interior Condition
Premier Window Tinting LLC is not an interior detailing service. Vehicles are tinted as presented.
The Client understands that:
- Excessive dirt, dust, pet hair, sand, or debris increases the likelihood of visible contamination
- Interior plastics and trim commonly release debris during installation
- We are not responsible for cosmetic imperfections caused by interior condition
No refunds, re-dos, or warranty claims will be approved for issues resulting from:
- Unclean interiors
- Pet hair
- Excessive contamination
Clients are strongly encouraged to present vehicles in reasonably clean interior condition for best results.
5. Acceptance of Service & Limitation of Liability
By authorizing service, the Client confirms that:
- They have read and understood this disclosure in full
- They accept the inherent limitations of interior window film installation
- They release Premier Window Tinting LLC from liability for conditions outside the Company’s control
- The Company’s responsibility is limited strictly to the proper installation of the selected window film
Acknowledgment
By scheduling service, leaving a vehicle, or authorizing work, the Client agrees that this disclosure:
- Forms part of the service agreement
- Is legally binding
- Applies to all services performed by Premier Window Tinting LLC
